Please don’t stay and waste your money Not 4.5 stars at all Management rude unhelpful Room old dated very expensive false advertising Restaurants not part of hotel couldn’t order my child a meal without ordering an adult meal expensive arrived cold with paper forks Bad beds Roomed smelled Paid over 670 for 2 days in a hortible room no windows Please please don’t stay

We booked a superior king room was a bit smaller room, did think it would be a bit bigger but was still ok considering we didn’t spend a great time in the room.

Reception staff need further training. I have stayed here twice in the past couple of months and both times, for different reasons, thought the check in experience could have been better. Great location though and nice hotel.
