Our room had a major plumbing problem which meant that only one of us could have a shower.. the water came back up through the floor waste and sink and toilet would not flush .. our clothes got wet so had to attend a meeting (in the hotel) all day without showering from checkin …we told the reception , we wrote an email to the hotel after we left and nothing .. 😡

It fault has since been rectified.From time to time any hotel will experience a mechanical failure. In the past 18 months this is the first drainage issue we have experienced and I am sorry that you were inconvenienced. I am also aware of the action that was taken by the team and the options that were provided as a solution.Again I am dreadfully sorry, this is not normal for us in any way and I do hope that you would forgive us the mechanical fault.We do look forward to welcoming you back.

Second stay at this hotel . Only disappointment was the service provide by reception staff on check in , during an upgrade Enquiry . Sorted back at the room via telephone call with no issues . Just could not understand what the issue was with the same request via the reception desk .
