Room cold, Internet dreadful when advertised internet available. I had wages to do for staff. TV no signal. Bed comfortable and room was clean and location to conference was handy

Great property, however I found the bathroom to be quite unsafe and not accessible, namely the tub shower. Very slippery and no safe way to get in or out of the shower. If you require an accessible bathroom, maybe look elsewhere.

Hotel itself is a old warehouse, it’s dusty dated and old, the air is stuffy and makes it hard to see, dust particles can be seen in the air, parking is costly & a maze, hotel facilities are beautiful, spa is cold, pool is warm; sauna is great. Staff are rude and unhelpful, not much to offer really in feeling harbour these days in way or shops or restaurants, unless walking to cockle bay. Worst stay: worst hotel, rude over priced. I managed to get a full refund for their lack of service. Regards Dean

Magnificent property near the Sydney ICC, which was just a 5 min walk through a multi-storey car park away. My view over town was much better than from the other side of the building, the apartment spacious, the shower warm, the kitchen perhaps a little tired, but completely equipped and serviceable, the staff friendly and polite, the rates very reasonable. Plenty of nearby restaurants. I'd stay there again
