Brilliant check in service. I received a free upgrade, that was so much appreciated. Rooms were good and we had a great view of the harbour. Bathrooms weren’t flash and had very old fittings. The worse part about the whole stay, which was 3 nights, we never had our room made up! I had to keep asking for coffee and milk etc.no idea why

The room was adequate, location not so much. Found it very hard to find a cafe open on a Sunday for breakfast. Had to walk quite a distance to find one. The breakfast option at the hotel was too expensive. Hotel charged us twice for the room. Still trying to get the money back. Won’t stay there again. Very poor customer service and was lied to about why we were charged twice.

The staff were lovely, view was good. Once the construction on the Harbour has finished the view will be great. Cleanliness was horrid. Old socks and filth behind the lounge and bathroom especially toilet was disappointing, I ended cleaning it myself.

Room was big, great view of Darling Harbour. Beds were comfy. Staff friendly.
Sadly the main building in front of Novotel is being torn down. I didn’t know that prior to booking.
