Booked a night to go to a conference. The buffet breakfast was a nice way to start the day with fresh fruits, juices, coffee and even breakfast cooked to order if requested. The hotel was walking distance to the international convention centre which was convenient. Staff were polite and friendly.

Location and rooms, staff are always great. for some reason the lifts were way to slow, and felt like only 1 working at time, waited over 7 minutes 3 times for the lift while on 15 floor and then it stopped at all floors as more and more people waiting to go down each time making lift to capacity. This happened every time.on this weekend, never been like this before and I've stayed many times. just feels like only 1 lift was working at a time.

Hotel was very nice and staff and service were excellent. Had to ask to change my room as I was put on the first floor and couldn’t even see outside the window due an awning. Had to pay extra to move which wasn’t ideal but the next room was much nicer
