An excellent quality property in a perfect location. Close to Wynyard Station and Circular Quay. This will become our go-to Sydney hotel.

Recently stayed one night in April 14th before departing for overseas cruise. Stayed in a tower deluxe king room. Was lucky to receive an upgrade. The reception staff were fantastic very friendly. All the staff were the most friendliness I've come across from the Concierge porters to when you see staff in lifts or corridors. The room was a great size. The bathroom was amazing comfy bed. Room was clean. Great location just near Wynyard station and close to George Street and light rail. Good location for walking to nearby parks and cruise terminal. Highly recommended to stay here. One of the best hotels.

Service was lovely, the room was clean and outlook great. The bed - king - was two singles put together and one of them was saggy and really uncomfortable. Was expensive too.
