I have always enjoyed staying here, but this trip found us in a rear unit which had a lot of shopping centre lights glaring in all night through the blinds & a bedside alarm that woke us up at midnight & was difficult to turn off. This is not a cheap motel & I was surprised at these negatives

Would be nice to receive fresh towels every morning instead of trying to wash/dry ourselves, washing machine difficult to understand and no-one would really help with using it or didnt know how to use it, in the end I worked it out but a small load would take 3/4 hours to wash n dry.

I loved everything from how clean it was the location and everything in the room except the washer dryer couldn’t figure it out and too long a load I also didn’t like that the outside pool wasn’t heated especially since it was cold when we came otherwise everything else was great

Very close to beach, shops and entertainment. Didn’t have any smoking areas.

Property was very clean and in a great location. We walked everywhere and with a big playground right across the road made it easy. There are a number of fantastic cafes on the street level of the property. Tip - Ask reception and see if the rooftop is available. Its a great view looking out over the ocean and coastline all the way down. It would be great on a clear day as I'm sure you could clearly see the ships out to see. The room we stayed in the bed needs to be replaced as does the lounge. Due to age and use they were not supportive. That was the only downside of our experience.
