Was unaware there was limited parking at the venue, had to park on the street. Patio door to our room lock didn't work, only after ringing reception discovered there was a dead bolt up high that as shorter folks we could barely reach. Patio was bare and desolate with no real view. We were only using the room for an overnight stay for a party thankfully. Breakfast was ok.

First thing no soap in the shower it was empty so had to get out and use soap from the sink it’s hard because they are locked in, breakfast was ok but no tooth picks which I thought was weird and left me in pain, the parking issue, there was heaps of parking in the car park and they said it was full!! We rang the day before to change rooms as emergency happened and when we got to our room it wasn’t changed and no record of it overall not happy
