Staff were friendly and room was very clean. Room service dinner was great. Room was just very dark and dated. The music from the bar down stairs was noisy until late - understandably it was a Saturday night but we had to get up early for a running event so slightly annoying. Would have been handy to have a toaster and microwave in the room as the breakfast room opened a little late and we had to wait 20-30 mins for toast.
I chose the hotel online as it was the closest and cheapest option available as myself and 1 yr old were only going to be there for a short overnight stay. So for that it was satisfactory.

Rooms were good size but furniture needed restoring. Staff did not advise rooms were not cleaned or beds made on a sunday unless a request was made before 11 am

The shower in the room was amazing as was the meal in the bar however, in the room the a/c didn’t work and this made the room stuffy. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable and made my back ache. Finally, there was so much dust in the room, in the carpet, skirting boards, under and around the bed and in the vents it clogged my sinuses

I felt that it needed an upgrade. The rooms need to be re-done, pulled apart, and I felt it was overpriced for the condition of the motel room.
