The old Sheraton was sooo much better. There is no piano bar, no entertainment, they can't make a cocktail to save themselves, there was hair in my bed but i couldn't be bothered to complain and the toilets are so far away from the buffet. Also, took forever to check in. I booked an expensive club suite for my 40th and they didn't even throw in a bottle of wine. Pretty disappointing experience.
