I’m surprised that in 4 star hotel no water bottle in mini bar. No toothpaste. Room specification says city view what i saw is Pam pacific hotel window view. What a scam. 😂

Dear Prabesh, Thank you for your review. We have removed plastic water bottles out of the rooms as part of our removal of 42 single use plastics from the hotel - a more environmentally friendly alternative will be added by the end of April. Amenities are always available including sanitary bags, sewing kits, shower caps, shoe kits, combs, shaving kits, vanity kits and of course a toothbrush with tooth paste.
