As you had not checked out at 11 am our team reminded you back again of this policy. It is a guest responsibility to inform the reception before 11:00am if they require a further extension.We have also noted that you have smoked in the room which goes against our hotel rules & policies. I would never recommend this VERY Poor Hotel. Arrogant and useless Front Management, Room without Ventillation. Aircon does not work. They wouldent Honour the Booking I made. Avoid at all costs.

As per our hotel policies, the booking name must match the person checking-in along with valid photo ID, furthermore the room can only be used by the name of the booking. As requested by you, our team had created a new reservation for you to check-in and use the room. And as a gesture of goodwill we have refunded the reservation that was booked under your acquaintance. Generally, all cancellations, modifications or refunds must require at least 24 hours notice which we have waived for you.We apologise if the room was not to your liking, upon checking the room after departure there were no issues with the aircon however it is strongly encouraged to inform the reception team if there are any further concerns at the time so we may recitify them in a timely manner.Regards,Great Southern Hotel Perth

Broken aircon , cracked sink, stench of gloss paint .shower half works , toilet seat broken. Tripped on painters drop sheets Directly outside my room . When I got to my room there was a machine running in it to clean the air that also made it around 45 degrees. That’s great when the aircon doesn’t work. Not impressed at all !!

This hotel over all was nice. If you’re looking for quiet I don’t recommend. You can hear everything outside. As for the room, the bed was ok but hard so you would wake up stiff, the kettle wasn’t working and the tv remote also did not work.

we read a lot of negative remarks on different websites before we booked, but found them to be untrue. This hotel was clean, modern, with friendly and helpful staff, and a cheap and reasonable breakfast. We will book it again.
