I was underwhelmed with this hotel, sure at first it appears grand and beautiful but the room was a little dated. The bed on the other hand was stunningly comfortable. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We have been travelling full time so this was a huge luxury, my husband choosing the Langham so we could have a soak in the bath with a glass of bubbles,( my favourite thing ). The bath was very disappointing. Location is fantastic

Was very disappointed in the property. Rooms and decor very old fashioned. No one offered to help with my bags or take them up to the rooms. Unsure where the 5 star service has gone.

The overall charm & character of the hotel is delightful, it is like stepping back in history but with all the modern conveniences. Lovely experience.
