Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Room equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Has that old building vibe, but does not look rundown. Buffet breakfast is reasonably good.

The showers over the bath need an upgrade, no pressure, very hard to regulate the water temp and hard to stand under the shower head as they are too short and you end up standing on the rounded end of the bath.

Was ok for short stay, concierge staff were invisible, long lines at reception and room service was average. Conference facilities were good but water etc could have been topped up at lunch time and hotter water for tea and coffee.

No staff at front desk on check in. Waited a few minutes for anyone to appear and no assistance to room offered and had to go out of the building reception is in and out into the rain to enter other tower. Staff were friendly but to have zero staff on reception and 4 staff appear minutes later isn’t acceptable.
