Check in staff could barely speak English and I could not understand what she was saying and had to ask a couple of times for her to repeat it. Bathroom was disappointing. Bathtub with shower was tiny and most disappointing was the standard of towel which was almost threadbare. I would have expected more to be honest. Having said that it was very clean and the turn down service was lovely.
