Location and transport was very good. But the toilet leaked, the shower leaked, the room wasn’t serviced, not enough soap and the tv remote did not work even after it was replaced.

Overall our stay was pleasant. The property is looking a little tired and the maintenance of the facilities and rooms need attention particularly the bathroom. The TV internet wasn't working when we arrived, but staff were helpful to get it up and running.

Clean and spacious room. Great pool, spa and sauna facilities. Slighty dated though and pricey for what you could pay elsewhere in CBD. Food is expensive and store bought. Accessibility is poor and shouldn't have to rely on a stair rider lift, particulalrly if you have a young family and a pram

I have stayed ay other Oaks before and been happy with the accommodation but this one was unfortunately very shabby and unclean. Things in our room were broken or didnt work and the shower was almost unusable. I will be asking for my money back.

Very friendly staff, good sized room with small kitchenette. Hotel was in walking distance to cafes, restaurants, museums, Queen Victoria market. Cafe, restaurant and bar on site.

Convenient location. Bar/Restaurant downstairs was great. Bathroom was a bit dated / taps hard to use, but it was fine for the purpose of the trip. I would happily stay here again.

The hotel is well situated and for us everything was in walking distance. The pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gym are very good. Our room was very clean, comfortable and had all that we needed. The views from the 20th floor were amazing at night too!
