Valet mixed up keys and tickets for parking when we arrived, I helped him sort it out. Then our room key didn’t work when we went to our room. We booked a taxi with front desk for a certain time we arrived on time only to have the concierge put other desks who hadn’t booked a taxi in the taxi waiting for us to have us wait longer and almost miss our reservation due to that. When departing we waited 20min for our car with valet when we tried calling ahead to have car ready no one answered the phone for the 10min we tried calling.

House keeping starts early (6:30am Sunday) and the noise in the corridor will wake most people. They don't like bookings through Wotif, prefer direct. They will not refund the cost of breakfast (if prepaid) despite not being able to provide breakfast when fully booked.

I loved that it was so close to everything and the vie from the room was amazing. It would have been great to have plates, bowls and cutlery though. Maybe a microwave? Other then that, it was great
