Location quiet and relaxing away from the bustle and bustle of everyday life . Bus out the front tavern across the road close to Southport club and other eateries

We have been staying at the Sheraton for many years, we love the hotel and location, it is comfortable and clean. I have to admit though that over the years, each stay has been just a little more disappointing, mainly in Terraces restaurant, overall the hotel really is lovely, but after many visits this one was our last for Terraces, the prices have gone up, which would be okay if the quality was what it once was but it has only gone down, even the selection isn’t what it once was - and not COVID related, this has been the case since before that all began. $20 per night for parking is ridiculous as a hotel guest - it should be included (as it used to be)

The service in the dining room for dinner was exceptional, in particular Patricia. The breakfast staff however didn't compare in particular the barista who I found to have an attitude problem.

First had a room that had no hot water. Then got moved to a suite where the ventilation didn’t work in the bathroom, which became more like a steam room.

I lovely combination of water and topical gardens. Right on the beach and felt like it was in the middle of nowhere. Very peaceful.
