Stayed 2 nights and they did not service room. Knocked on door at 8.30am to clean room and I was just getting into shower. Told them I’d be out in an hour. Came back 3hrs later still not clean. Was in room for an hour and then left again for 2 hours and still not done. Also had room service and disappointed. Order fries as burger meal did not say came with fries so had too much food. Food also not hot when delivered.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. We had such a great time! Only negative was that Food choice’s were quite pricey for a family resort.

Ultimately really positive, after making a legimate booking mistake with the dates (and trying to correct it within 5 minutes of the booking), Seaworld refused to change the dates or refund the booking, I'm very grateful for this because we ended up at the RACV Club Pines, which was a fantastic stay, they gave our kids an easter bunny on arrival and offered fantastic customer service, dodged a bullet, thanks Sea World Resort.
