Bathroom tiles dirty , hand soap , hair conditioner and shampoo all empty. Very disappointing as i never packed any with me .

Great location. Poorly maintained and unhygenic in several areass of the room. A/C has not been serviced or maintained in a long time and the filter was absolutely discusting. Bringing some issues up with management resulted in a dumbfounded look and not knowing how to react or respond like it was his first day on the job. Go elsewhere unless you want to pay top dollar for poor service and an un healthy environment with poor air quality

Dear Robert,Thank you or taking the time to review your recent stay at Novotel Surfers Paradise, I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations, please accept my apologies.I have followed up with the Chief Engineer regarding the servicing of the Air Conditioning systems which are carried out on a regular basis, however it does appear that the room in question was occupied on the date that the service was due and as a result it was missed. I would like to assure you that the Health& Safety of our guests is a top priority for the Hotel which includes the air conditioning system throughout the Hotel. I am sorry that you felt that you did not receive an adequate response from the Assistant Manager when you spoke to them and the Guest Welcome Manager will follow up with some further training in this regard.Thank you again for your feedback Robert as it assists my Team and I improve the products and services within the Hotel.Best Regards,Paul MortonGeneral ManagerNovotel Surfers Paradise
