Horrible,had the relaxation room and was across from the nightclubs,could here all the music until 3 am,check in was 30 minutes late as well

We absolutely loved so many aspects of Hilton Surfer’s. The apartment was so comfortable with the most amazing mesmerising views of the ocean- absolutely unforgettable! The staff were most friendly and helpful. Amenities such as pools and sauna provided much fun and relaxation and the grounds all around were impeccably cared for. All in all my daughter and I had a most memorable stay. Thank you to all who work to achieve such high standards.

The location is great but the elevators are a real problem with wait times being quiet long and staff over ridding lifts while there is a queue of guests waiting.
