I am terribly disappointed with the hotel services. I booked the hotel to check in at 2:00 p.m. Couldn’t went in my room until 7:30 p.m. due to bad communication by the hotel staff about the parking. We called the hotel before booking to check about the parking. The advice was that they had enough parking in the premises and nothing was advised about the charges. However reaching at the hotel, unfortunately no parking was available, wrong address given by the receptionist, couldn’t find the parking for three hours. Regret my decision to book this hotel

No Parking Valet makes the check in & check out process more difficulat. The fact that Parking is charged at $ 45.00 per day & you have to park your own car isn't ideal. Further, no lift from basement only stairs.
