Great location and great property, Room had a lovely view of the river and wheel and was perfectly located. Hotel is in great condition, except for the spa which was gross and broken glass near the lifts which is an accident waiting to happen. I had to keep reminding my son to steer clear. It's very obvious at ankle height so I'm sure they are away of this. Stayed with my family and would definitely stay again as the service was great, and the valet was seamless.

The overall stay was pleasant. If there was one thing I would like to see is more soap for washing hands. Soap bottle sizes were too small

Overall an okay stay. The room was nice enough and staff friendly, but my room was hugely downgraded with no explanation (from the 7th to 2nd floor) so my room had no privacy as it was directly overlooked by the entry/exit to the convention centre next door (to the point I couldn’t open the curtains as I would look straight into people’s faces!), they also didn’t update their files when downgrading me so my credit card and car were allocated to the room I should have been. Reception then called at 9.40pm on the first night to ask who I was/what my name was! This is a regular business trip but I won’t be returning to this hotel.
