The TV did not work properly the whole time we were there despite being told it was an issue affecting the whole hotel and that it would be fixed the next day. Not a 5 star hotel.

Whisked hubby away for a 1 night stay for his birthday. Chose this hotel due to location, it’s perfectly situated to get around the city by foot. The staff were lovely and welcoming, the room was quiet and comfortable… cannot fault. Thank you for having us

The rooms at the Hyatt Regency are attractive, up-to-date, and clean. The rest of the hotel is also of a high standard. The staff were wonderful - friendly, efficient and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.
