The presentation of the foyer was classy and the service from all staff was exceptional. The room was very comfortable and the office space in my room was quality. The location of my stay was exellent making it easy to walk to anywhere required. I will stay here again.

Chose a deluxe studio room which turned out to be the size of a cell with a window view of a gun barrrel grey aluminium screen. Not a lot of natural light. The experience did not reflect the room rate. Chose not to use hotel facilities. I will not recommend this hotel to family, friends, or corporate associates.

Due to being centrally located inner CBD, the views are greatly obstructed by high rise offices, however would like to offer to showcase the studio premier rooms should you return in the future. These are located on the upper floors with wrap around windows offering much greater light and elevated view. Whilst we didn’t have a room with a view, the bed and pillows were super comfy and the bathroom big and spacious, however the lighting for putting make up on was not great, but there was a mirror on the desk with a good lamp…

I have stayed here before and the bathroom felt a bit unlooked after in this room which was not my previous experience, it was certainly not unclean just a bit less maintained than the bathroom in the room I have stayed in previously. It was still very clean, the staff are lovely and the wide range of facilities excellent all for a reasonably priced hotel in the centre of the city.

Great stay at Capri by Fraser! Nice little spot, close to many amenities and the rooms are neat and tidy. Had a little issue with the TV not working one night but the staff were able to move us very quickly in to a new room and compensated us nicely for the inconvenience. The shower heads could do with a review as they didn't maintain their position when the water was turned on in both rooms. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location, extremely friendly staff. The only issue was our king bed was twi singles pushed together and this doesn't make for the most comfortable sleep when you have to keep pushing them back together.
