Great confusion about parking, and we met a couple of ladies in the lift with same staff communication problem. A dirty room service tray outside our room was there until 5pm. The room was stuffy and although we acknowledge some city apartments do not have windows that open it was really claustrophobic. The fridge was a glorified lunchbox/ hotbox - nothing kept cool at all. Tried to operate apps through our phones as per instructions given, but no joy there either. It might be okay if you only wanted a bed, but we won't be recommending a stay there. Staff were quite bad: ignorant and very poor communicators.

We stayed for a sporting weekend with 2 kids. Firstly the price to stay there was very high compared to their usual pricing (price hiking for events should be banned) Secondly, the hotel was fully booked but ona positive note, we didn't have any problems with noise at all! The only negatives were - The room for 4 people only had a bathroom sink to fill a kettle (not nice). The buffet breakfast was overpriced with limited space to dine and limited food available. We ended up going to local Cafés in the Spring Hill area. The hotel was being renovated so with the hotel being fully booked there were long waits for the lifts. When we got back around 9.30pm most nights the only option was room service but we wanted to sit in the bar area with friends and their family but we were told they were closed. Hopefully when we return the renovations will have finished. Finally, we will say that the staff were always friendly and helpful.
