We had a spa suite , and the spa was disgusting, jet spat out some crap , got moved to another suite , tap handles fell of the spa , moved again this 4am , president suite , was only ok , whole experience was poor.

We booked for 3 people but all facilities were only provided for 2 people (cups, glasses, towels etc) They seemed very short staffed at the venue but probably still recovering from covid. Disappointed they no longer do valet parking so had to drive to car park and walk back.
