TV in room didn't work, there WAS NO city views only a carpark to look at. They moved us to another room with bed configuration that WASN'T what i booked and paid for, again a faulty TV that just turned off when it felt like it, staff who didn't really care about the fact i didn't get what i paid for, condition of 2nd room was extremely poor. That hotel wrecked our romantic night away. WORST hotel i have ever stayed in for service, staff friendliness, room conditions and the worse part was they didn't care about the mess aroung they cause by making us move room and offered wine as compensation. NEVER STATING THERE AGAIN minus5 out of 5 stars

The spa and swimming facilities are amazing. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the staff were so friendly. The car parking was stressful as the parking spaces were so tight. But great to have the parking so close and cheap.
