Good service mostly. Front desk needs to be more attentive when other clients are waiting. On more than one occasion several staff gathered on on a particular issue for a customer with no acknowledgement that you were waiting.

The young man on reception when we checked in was cold and extremely robotic to the point of being comedic. Buffet breakfast food was barely warm this was not helped by cold plates, and a serious lack of knives resulting in guests taking them from other tables,bathroom amenities, poor😕
