great stay except for room tv there system was not stable it kept cutting out. i reported to desk and yes sir we will have someone look at that strait away. nothing happend was not good watching your team play system cut out always at the wrong time.

This is not a 5 star property, very dated rooms, obvious staff shortage in all areas , $7 tray charge for room service tiny cheese platter ,REALLY!!!

The King Room did not have a king bed. It had two single beds pushed together. In theory the two mattresses are designed to stay tightly together to feel like a seamless king size bed. But the centre is zipped with a topper that is either worn out or not suitably designed. I know the hotel will just say lots of hotels have this type of kind bed setup. I think some definitely do but never before has the setup failed so miserably where the beds do not stay together. The Hilton Adelaide failed completely in providing their most basic, fist goal in accommodation and that it is provide a comfortable place to sleep. My wife and I called the middle of the bed the ditch and after a while it was not funny anymore and then I began fuming and complained to reception with my detailed complaint. They took a note and then ignored the situation. I heard nothinh, So a terrible bed on night one became three nights and my partner and had to spend each night 1 metre apart across my birthday weekend at over $400 a night.
